Bar News Bangkok all reviews at Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy and Patpong which are the most visited nightlife destinations will be told just how I see it on the night, no bias, so if the bar is having a bad night well tough luck they better get there act together as I will be back to see if it was just a one off.
During high season I can go out any night and get a good indication how good a bar is performing but in low season I will try stick to Thursday, Friday & Saturday since they’re the most busiest nights.
If you're planning a trip to Bangkok then spend sometime reading through the reviews, that way you will know which bars to avoid and which are must see bars, it all depends what you want on your night out at Bangkok's Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy or Patpong.
If traveling with your wife / husband / partner then I think Soi Cowboy is the best destination, especially if you're planning to check out the Go-
For budget travelers then the Nightlife and Accommodation at Khao San Rd is readily affordable. Do your homework on the bars and then the Hotel prices nearby Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy or Patpong, you will find plenty of good 3 star Hotels around the $40 US/£25, your budget wont take a beating on just your accommodation.
Nana Plaza Bangkok (Nana Entertainment Plaza) is located within walking distance from BTS Nana Skytrain Station. Exit the station and walk towards BTS Phloen Chit about 200 meters to Sukhumvit Soi 4.
Nana Plaza -
Nana Plaza is located a short distance on the LHS along Soi 4 Nana. The first time you go to Nana Plaza it can be a bit overwhelming let alone walking down Soi 4. Be careful going in for a massage along Soi 4 when you first arrive as you might walk out feeling a little lighter and I am not talking about your wallet. I'm sure you didn't come all this way just to have some chick tug on your rope for 5 minutes.
When you go into most bars women will be coming over wanting to chat and of course buy them a drink. This is normal as it’s how they make money from lady drinks. If you like her then buy a drink, you might end up having a night to remember. If you’re not interested then you’d better learn how to get rid of them quick.
I like to have a quick scan around the bar and see if anyone interest me, if so ask them over for a drink. Have some fun, why else go there? Oh yeah drink well there's plenty of places to do that within Nana Plaza Bangkok and along Soi 4.
Hotels Sukhumvit Soi 4 Nana

Soi Cowboy Bangkok is located just opposite to Terminal 21 Shopping Center and is less than 100 meters from Sukhumvit Road and is between Asok Road and Sukhumvit Soi 23 (the nearest Skytrain Stations are MRT: Sukhumvit and BTS: Asok).
You can see Soi Cowboy from the platform on the Asok BTS Station and from the walkway/overpass to Terminal 21 Shopping Complex. Get your bearings set from there, then you wont get lost trying to find Soi Cowboy.
Coming to Soi Cowboy for the first time can be a bit daunting with all the bright lights and the Go-
The most expensive Bars:
Spice Girls, Deja Vu, Baccara, Midnite, Rio Club , Sahara, Kiss.
Its best to have one walk through then take a seat at a smaller bar like Jungle Jim’s or The Shadow Bar where you can sit and take it all-
I also strongly recommend going to Suzie Wong Go-

Coyote dancers are harder/more expensive to barfine but that shouldn't stop you. If she does dig you then there's nothing stopping you both get together latter when she finishes work.
Just be a little bit discrete about it. Good luck if you do happen to get lucky.
Patpong Soi 1 and 2 Bangkok are both located between Silom and Surawong Roads. Catch the Skytrain to BTS Sala Daeng and then walk to Patpong 1 Night Market which is within 200 meters of the station walking away from direction of BTS Siam.
At Patpong, go-
Patpong 1 is where the Night Market is and can get very busy as you try and stroll through. There is a bit of edginess to Patpong 1 which is cool. Patpong 2 is quiet as you walk through with a totally different feel to Patpong 1. They do have some cool gogo bars though.
